You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You agree not to use our Services for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized activities.

When you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Payment and Fees
Payment for our Services is required as per the pricing and payment terms outlined on our website. We reserve the right to change our pricing and fees at any time. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
4. Intellectual Property

5. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel a service, please do so within 2 hours of your scheduled appointment/pickup. Failure to cancel within this time frame may result in a cancellation fee.
If in case of order modification the team at 'BUBBLE QUEEN CLEANING SERVICES' reserves the right to modify or cancel the order
6. Refund Policy
We offer refunds only in cases where services were not provided as described. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the service. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 days and returned using the original payment method and 10% amount will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. As for cash payment, a credit note will be issued.
7. Shipping/Delivery Policy
We will provide estimated delivery times at the time of purchase. Actual delivery times may vary. Shipping costs and options are as follows
- 0-3 KM : No charge
- 3-10 KM : ₹60
- 10-15 KM: ₹100
- 15-20KM: ₹150
8. Disclaimer
Our Services are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our Services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
9. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tamil Nadu, India.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
